Planning your stay

Who can host a retreat at Casa Iskali?

Casa Iskali welcomes faith-based, not-for-profit organizations, including schools, parishes, ministries and community groups.

 

We also welcome local organizations seeking a peaceful space to host day workshops, formation sessions, and gatherings, as long as the purpose aligns with the spirit and values of Casa Iskali.

At this time, Casa Iskali does not offer individual retreats.
We host organized groups only.

Our team will guide you through availability, spaces and planning.

We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for peak retreat seasons. Many groups book several months to a year in advance, so early planning helps ensure availability for your preferred dates

Tours & Visits

Can I visit Casa Iskali before booking?

Yes. We encourage groups to schedule a tour and experience the space in person.

You can request a tour through our contact form or by phone.

Tours are offered by appointment only and are subject to availability. We typically schedule them during business hours, with limited evening and weekend options when possible.

 

Please note that we are not able to provide tours while the facility is occupied, especially when events include minors, in order to respect privacy and ensure a safe environment for all guests.

Spaces & Accommodations

What is the capacity of Casa Iskali?

Our multipurpose space can host up to 200 guests, and our chapel accommodates up to 100 guests.

Casa Iskali offers overnight accommodations, primarily in single bedrooms, each furnished with a twin-sized bed

Yes. Exclusive use of the campus may be available for groups of 60 or more.

Hospitality & Meals

Are meals included?


Yes. Casa Iskali provides home-style meals prepared on-site as part of the retreat experience.

Yes. We can adapt meals to accommodate dietary needs with advance notice.

Our hospitality team walks with you from planning to execution, offering attentive support and care every step of the way.

Location & Logistics

Where is Casa Iskali located?

We are located in Des Plaines, Illinois, near Chicago and just minutes from O’Hare International Airport.

Yes, but please note that access to the property is only possible when driving west on Golf Road. We recommend reviewing directions in advance.

O’Hare International Airport is approximately 7 miles away, and Midway Airport is about 30 miles away.

Is Casa Iskali the right place for our group?
